How to delete location on Shopify?

In your Shopify online store, when a location is no longer in use, you can deactivate it if you still think of reusing it in the future, or delete it permanently if that location is not useful anymore. Before  deleting any location , you still have another change to rethink about it as Shopify requires you to deactivate the location before permanently delete it. Step 1: Enter Locations From you Shopify admin, click to choose the  Settings  option from the bottom of the left-sided column of your page. How to Delete customers on Shopify?

Sometimes, for whatever reason, you have profiles of customers that don’t buy from you. Maybe you succeeded in collecting their information. You may even sent them emails, individual account invites, but for whatever reasons they decided not to buy from your store. If you let those profiles stay in your customer list, it may cause a little annoyance when you try to manage your customers. So in this post, I’m going to show you  how to delete customers on Shopify. Step 1: Click Customers. Click  Customers  after you log in the Shopify admin. Step 2: Choose the profiles of the customers you want to remove. Choose the profiles of the customers you want to remove from the  Customers  page using the checkbox beside each name. Step 3: Press Actions. Next, you can press  Actions  to continue. Step 4: Select Delete selected customers. After that, you can select  Delete selected customers . Step 5: Click Delete. How to Cancel a Fulfillment on Shopify

Somedays, you might make a mistake when fulfilling complete orders manually. When it happens, you need to cancel the fulfillment to avoid any refund or additional fee charged. If you are in this situation and you don’t know what to do, follow this article and you will know  how to cancel a fulfillment on Shopify . Step 1: Select Orders Log-in to your Shopify account on the website and go to the  Orders  in the menu in the left. It stays in the second place, right below the  Home  option. Step 2: Pick an order After clicking on  Orders , it will move to the  All orders  page and you will see the list of all your orders there. Find an order which has the fulfillment status as  Fulfilled  then press on it. The  fulfillment status  column is the one next to the  Total  and it will color grey for  Fulfilled . How to Disable Shipping Confirmation Notification

When you finish the order fulfillment, you can skip sending email to your customers to confirm their shipment has been set by  disabling the shipping confirmation notification . Step 1: From the Orders list, select a specific order you want to fulfill After access to the admin interface, you need to click  Orders  on the left-side menu. The orders list will be shown. In the list, select the order you want to fulfill. Step 2: Click Mark as fulfilled In the  Unfulfilled  area, click  Mark as fulfilled  to access  Fulfillment . Step 3: Enter the details for the order fulfillment After enter the  Fulfillment  section, you can give Shopify more details about the order to complete the order. How to Disable Order Refund Notification

Sometimes, you may need to allow your customers to return some products they purchased. It depends on your store policies that you may need to refund some orders. If you do, you’d better do it in the proper and professional way. You can decide whether you want to use the notification system to inform your clients or not. If you choose not to, then you can  disable the Order refund notification . Step 1: Select a specific order from the Orders list From the Shopify admin interface, click on  Orders  to open the orders list. Then, in the list, select a particular order that you want to disable the refund notification. Step 2: Click Refund and input the details In the selected order section, click  Refund items  and you will be directed to the corresponding section. In the  Refund items  section, you can adjust, change, or edit some details regarding order’s products. Step 3: Uncheck Send a notification to the customer Take a look at the  Summary  box on your right.
